I design and manage sites for customers, mainly in Cumbria: no-nonsense, easy-to-follow sites that resize gracefully when viewed on a variety of devices.
I will obtain a domain name and hosting to suit your requirements, and look after renewals.
Good clear copy is important; I offer proof reading and editing services.
Good images are essential to your site. Your visitors will react faster to pictures than anything else. I can visit your premises to take photographs, or work from scanned or digital images, and optimise them to load fast.
Updating your information is also essential to keep your site fresh and interesting. (A month-old newspaper is just old news!)
Cost
My fees are £20 per working hour so your costs will depend on how much work I need to put in to achieve your objectives. As a very rough guide:
3 Page Site ~ £200
5 Page Site ~ £300
7 Page Site ~ £400
10 Page Site ~ £500
You can keep costs below that by having well written copy and good photographs ready for me to put together!
